Beer Name Brewery ABV Price
Brown Ale (18 oz.) Newcastle 5.0 $5.00
very traditional British brown - big, juicy malts rounded out with floral hops.

Burton Baton (12 oz.) Dogfish Head 10.0 $10.00
oak, whiskey, vanilla, slight citrus... just wave after wave of flavors assault the senses... I have to say, this is my favorite DFH brew

Framboise (8oz.) Brouwerij Lindemans 4.0 $8.00
Tart, refreshing, teeming with raspberry goodness. Elegant on its own; also a great way to punch up a classic white ale.

Gonzo Imperial Porter (14 oz.) Flying Dog 7.8 $5.50
One of our favorites: on a cold, snowy day; at the end of the day in the middle of August; at 9am on a Wednesday...hoppy, toasty, deeply flavorful, everything that's great about beer.

Hefeweisse (20oz.) Paulaner 6.6 $6.00
spritzy bavarian wheat with a touch of clove & a hint of banana

Hennepin Farmhouse Ale (14 oz.) Ommegang 7.5 $5.50
A small peek into perfection. There's some lemon upfront then a little crack of pepper then a terrifically dry, earthy finish. Amazing by itself; even better with our food.

Miller Lite (16 oz.) Miller 4.2 $3.00
A lot of us cut our teeth on this one. Don't act like you've never ordered it.

Racer 5 IPA (14 oz.) Bear Republic 7.0 $5.50
outstanding ipa from the west coast - big, brash hops go from earthy to orange peel with the help from a very subtle biscuity malt character

Raging Bitch Belgian IPA (14 oz.) Flying Dog 8.3 $7.00
definitely one of the best beers I've had this year...the hops by themselves are complex - floral, spicy, citric, herbal - but the addition of belgian yeast puts this over the top

Rise Up Stout (16 oz.) Evolution 6.8 $5.75
steeped on espresso beans which enhance the big, roasted chocolate overtones...this is the beer that gets me excited that summer's almost over

Saison du BUFF (14oz.) Dogfish Head (ft. Stone & Victory) 6.8 $7.50
A collaboration of instant-classic status. Parsley, sage, rosemary & thyme (come on Simon & Garfunkel fans) take the forefront here with a healthy blast of hops. Refreshing, complex and very food-friendly.

Saison DuPont (14 oz.) La Brasserie DuPont 6.5 $7.50
by far, one of Dr. G's all-time favorites...herbal with a great citrus profile, dry & refreshing, pretty much perfect

The Bitter American (16 oz.) 21st Amendment 4.6 $5.00
A hopped-up summertime session beer. Without compromising flavor, the alcohol's been lowered so you can enjoy a few more than you thought you wanted.

60 Minute IPA (16 oz.) Dogfish Head 6.0 $4.75
Tons of citrus hop flavor with drinkability in spades. There's a reason it's one of the quintessential East Coast IPAs.

Brother Thelonius Dubbel (12 oz.) North Coast 9.4 $6.50
Deeply malted with big notes of plums & raisins. The alcohol defintely makes itself known without being overpowering.

East India Pale Ale (16 oz.) Brooklyn 6.8 $6.00
awesome summer beer for the hopheads out there - bright, refreshing citrus hops shine through and are rounded out by a slightly sweet malt profile

Fish Paralyzer Belgian Pale Ale (14 oz.) RJ Rockers 7.5 $5.50
fresh, floral hops play a supporting role to a spicy, fruit forward yeast character

Golden Monkey Tripel (12 oz.) Victory Brewing Company 9.5 $6.50
herbal & fruity with a touch of spicy hops & an assertive alcohol character
